The business manager is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment.
Mr Tim Bellett BA (Hons) (m)
The practice manager is involved in managing all of the operational aspects of the practice. He is involved in managing patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology. The practice manager supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care.
Mrs Lisa Clarke (f)
There are eight part-time receptionists who are the first point of contact with the surgery (and are here to help and guide you). Three of these are qualified dispensers who also work from Dorrington Surgery. We also have four part-time Administrators who facilitate effective communication between patients, members of the primary health care team, secondary care and other associated healthcare agencies.
